A skilled communicator and trustworthy aide, Felicia Schneider spent over three years as a claims advocate for a property and casualty insurance broker in New York before joining the team at Klein/Johnson Group.
At Rampart Insurance Services, Felicia served as the liaison between insurance companies and commercial clients to manage the handling of workers’ compensation, disability, and paid family leave claims. She drafted reports on large losses, participated in and conducted claim reviews, and guided clients on claim resolution. Felicia also facilitated special claim handling instructions for a global client and numerous nation-wide accounts.
Felicia graduated from American University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health. During her undergraduate career, Felicia developed a passion for activism and community-building which led her to serve as an Orientation Chair, Resident Assistant, and Sexual Assault Prevention Intern.
In April 2022, Felicia joined the Klein/Johnson Group with the desire to build a career in public policy and government affairs. She takes pride in serving her clients and colleagues alike. She is a problem-solver with the ability to build strong relationships with those she works with. Felicia provides clear and organized support for her team. Felicia’s legislative interests include health equity policy, environmental justice, and immigration. She hopes to get more involved with communications and legislative strategy at KJG.
